About Us

Matt Fearrington, Ph.D., is the President of Dynamic Management Consulting, P.C.  He grew up in Winston-Salem, NC and earned a Bachelor's degree from Wake Forest University, a Master's degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a Doctorate from the University of Tennessee.   Matt is a licensed psychologist and has extensive experience facilitating individual and group changes.  He also has expertise in assessment and scale construction and he enjoys working with high-achieving individuals and organizations.  He is a member of the American Psychological Association.  Personally, Matt lives in Fleetwood, NC with his wife and their pets.  He enjoys running and playing tennis and basketball.  He also is a huge sports fan, with a special preference for ACC basketball.
